• Sridhar Gadhi, President & CEO.

  Sridhar Gadhi is the founder, President and CEO of Paradigm Infotech, Inc. He leads the company's strategic planning, business initiatives, high-end client relation, contract negotiations and corporate management.

  Sridhar started Paradigm, Infotech in 1998.With dynamic leadership, Sridhar is primarily responsible for the firm's consistent & impressive growth rate of 100 % each and every year from inception.

  As a testimony for years of restless efforts by Sridhar and his team, Sridhar was awarded “Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2008” and “Young Entrepreneur 2007” by TANA. Paradigm Infotech was awarded “Inc. 500 (2006, 2005)” and “Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Maryland (2007, 2006, 2005)”.

  Sridhar believes that the key to this is creating highly charged teams. He takes a personal interest in developing teams and leaders. He invests significant time as a faculty in Paradigm’s leadership development programs.

  In his free time, Sridhar likes to review the landscape of businesses world-wide and their business models in particular. As an Angel Investor, He helps to seed the innovative start-up companies as part of his investment firm "New Angel Capital". Sridhar is an avid sports person.

  Before starting as an innovative entrepreneur with Paradigm Infotech, Sridhar was associated with large corporations such as IBM and Satyam Computers.

  Sridhar is a graduate of Harvard Business School and also holds a Master of Science in Computers.

• Sai Puram, Executive Vice President, Global Delivery Management and COO (India)

  Sai has over 20 years of global IT experience in Program Management, Account management and Business Development functions.

  Sai has moved this year to India to manage the company’s Indian Operations. Besides his new responsibilities, Sai heads Paradigm’s Global Delivery Operations and interfaces with existing clients. He has been managing these functions from his Columbia, MD office until June 2008 and has been associated with Paradigm for Nine Years.  He oversees the company’s Onshore and Offshore IT Services delivery, Client interfacing, account management and contributes to the company’s Strategic planning.  Besides being a Certified Project management Professional (PMP) Sai holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources Management.

  Before joining Paradigm, Sai was the head of South Indian operations of Nelito, a TATA and Itochu company specializing in banking solutions and Accton Corporation, a Global Systems Integration company. He has worked with Rolta India Ltd (a subsidiary of INTERGRAPH Inc) and other leading Software Solutions Companies earlier. Sai has lead large teams of software development and support, marketing and Business Development.

• Venkat Kornepati, Vice President, Professional Consulting

  Venkat Kornepati has nearly a decade of experience in Information Technology area and as the Vice President, heads the Professional Consulting Services practice of Paradigm Infotech. Venkat has been instrumental in developing our Consulting Service practices engaged in various projects at fortune 500 companies in the country.

  The Consulting Service practice is a key area for Paradigm and Venkat maintains the momentum in this practice. He heads a team of recruitment professionals whom are trained to pick resources who are the best of the breed in technology and business intelligence for Paradigm. Venkat holds Masters Degree in Computer Applications.

• David Burkel, Director, Work Force Solutions

  David heads Paradigm’s key vertical business area, Work Force Management Solutions. He does the Program Management, Implementation Support and Customer Interface functions in this role.  He has over 22 years of experience in Implementation and Program Management of the Work Force Management Solutions. 

  He has earlier worked with Kronos Inc, the market leader in Workforce Management solutions for over 20 years.  He was responsible for Planning, Organizing, and Managing Professional Services, staffing and training technical resources while he was in Kronos. David is located at Paradigm’s corporate office in Columbia, MD.
